Independence

RAS Corporate Advisors LLC is an independent private corporate advisory and business services firm. RAS is not a UAE government department, ministry or free-zone authority, and does not own, operate or represent any UAE authority. Licences, registrations, immigration approvals and other government approvals are issued solely by the relevant authorities.

Enquiries and engagement

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a client relationship. Any engagement begins only after a written quotation setting out the applicable services, requirements and fees has been issued by RAS and accepted by you.

Costs and estimates

Any figures discussed before engagement are indicative and may vary depending on the proposed activity, jurisdiction, authority requirements and the services selected. Authority charges are set by the relevant authority and are stated separately from RAS professional fees.

No guarantee of third-party outcomes

RAS prepares and coordinates applications and advises on requirements. RAS does not guarantee licence approval, immigration approval, corporate bank account opening, any tax outcome, or any timeframe that is controlled by an authority, a bank or another third party.

Information you provide

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Advice and cost estimates are based on the information you give us.

Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this website belong to RAS Corporate Advisors LLC unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
